Event Content Strategy, Senior Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and collaborative Event Content Strategy Associate to coordinate content operations and help curate innovative content that contributes to client confidence and satisfaction.
As an Event Content Strategy Senior Associate, on the Wealth Management Events team , you will support content delivered across in-person and virtual events by managing speaker logistics and support the pre-, during-, and post-event editorial workflow. Working alongside a team of event strategists, you will help ensure content is relevant, market-appropriate, and executed through streamlined, repeatable processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage speaker scheduling and preparation (schedule and facilitate prep calls, confirm requirements, and align team on deliverables and deadlines)
- Support the pre-, during-, and post-event content editorial process to support smooth execution
- Support the VP, Event Content Strategy in curating content themes/topics, speaker lineups, and audience targeting strategies
- Collaborate with social media, PR, and video partners on event amplification to ensure on-stage programming lives beyond the event experience (organize/deliver event materials; review draft assets for accuracy, completeness, and alignment to the event narrative)
- Support webcast and virtual event production as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 3+ years of demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple projects in parallel and delivering under tight deadlines
- Curiosity about content trends and evolving audience expectations, with ability to apply insights to strengthen content and amplification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with internal and external partners and speakers
- Excellent operational and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Able to follow structured processes and execute in a regulated environment
- Adaptive and flexible learner; proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
