Job Description:

Responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure occupants a clean and safe environment.

Essential Job Duties:

• Cleans and maintains cleanliness of office and lobby floors, windows, doors and walls.
• Cleans and maintains cleanliness of restrooms; includes floors, sinks, counters, commodes and fixtures
• Clean and maintains cleanliness of elevators and stairwells.
• Monitor the interior and exterior of the building and grounds during the day to make certain the grounds and common areas are free of debris.
• Clean and maintain all convenience centers. Including stocking of coffee and cleaning supplies.
• Clean glass surfaces periodically to keep them free of fingerprints and dirt
• Empty garbage containers in common areas and restrooms ensuring general areas are free of litter
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Other Job Functions:

• Report broken or dangerous items to facility staff for repair or replacement.

Skills, Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum 1 year previous facilitates maintenance / janitorial experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.

Salary Range Language:

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $133,328 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
