This is a full-time, in-person position.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations & Marketing Assistant/Executive Assistant, located in Midtown, New York, NY.
The individual will:
- Provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced luxury jewelry environment
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day operations with a high level of organization and discretion
- Assist in managing the brand’s online presence through content creation, posting, engagement, and brand storytelling
- Capture photo and video content of jewelry pieces for social media, website use, sales presentations, and client demonstrations
- Communicate closely with the sales team to support daily requests, coordinate client needs, and ensure seamless internal operations
- Assist with client outreach and help maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Contribute to delivering a refined luxury experience that reflects the heritage and standards of the brand
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in administrative support, office management, marketing, social media, or a client-facing role (luxury, fashion, retail, or jewelry experience preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Instagram and digital content creation, including posting, engagement, and brand storytelling
- Proficiency in creating basic photo and video content using a smartphone, camera and/or editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, Canva, or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong aesthetic sensibility, particularly in luxury or visual product presentation
- Proficiency with office software, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
- Familiarity with market research and business development support
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams and high-value client interactions
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to take initiative without constant supervision
- Prior experience in the luxury or jewelry industry is a strong plus
Position Details:
- Location: Midtown, Manhattan, NY
- Schedule: Full-time, in-person
- Compensation : $55,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience), with opportunities for long-term growth and advancement within the role.
