Schedule: Part-Time | In-Office: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

About the Internship

We are seeking four dynamic Summer / Fall Interns to join our team for a hands-on, fast-paced learning experience in our SoHo, NYC office. Each intern will be assigned to one of the following departments: Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, or VIP/Talent.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with internal teams, support high-profile clients, and contribute to real projects spanning PR, events, brand activations, and creative campaigns. It’s the perfect first step in launching a successful career in the luxury communications industry.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a current undergraduate student with a strong interest in PR, fashion, beauty, talent relations, or brand strategy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to roll up your sleeves and make meaningful contributions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program (Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or related field)

• Passion for public relations and strong awareness of the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and talent media landscape

• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail

• Confident, positive communicator with a collaborative spirit

• Eager to take initiative and grow through hands-on experience

• Familiarity with Launchmetrics, Cision, or social platforms is a plus

Key Responsibilities (by Department) Fashion / Beauty / Lifestyle

• Support sample trafficking and tracking for editors, influencers, and stylists

• Assist with media pitching and compiling assets for press outreach

• Help with showroom organization, archive upkeep, and sample inventory

• Maintain databases and contribute to media reporting

VIP/Talent

• Research and coordinate talent and influencer opportunities

• Assist with guest list development, dressing requests, and follow-ups

• Maintain documentation and calendars related to VIP projects

All Departments – Fashion Week Support

• Update and organize contacts on Launchmetrics

• Prepare and compile event and press reports

• Provide general administrative and logistical support
