The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Top-Tier Service Advisor who’s more than a salesperson — someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely wants to help customers make confident repair decisions.

This is a key leadership seat in a shop built for growth. You’ll work alongside a high-performing team, supported by management that invests in tools, technology, and training.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and guide them through a transparent repair process
• Build accurate estimates, secure approvals, and communicate updates proactively
• Maximize gross profit through ethical sales and workflow management
• Collaborate with technicians, parts, and management to keep production flowing

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a service advisor in a busy independent or dealership environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair order workflow
• Tekmetric or digital-inspection software experience a plus
• High integrity, self-accountable, and driven to improve daily
• Excellent communication and leadership presence
