Salary Range: $100,000 $200,000/year (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full-cycle accounts payable operations across a network of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

• Directly manage and mentor a team of AP professionals , promoting high performance, development, and accountability.

• Resolve vendor account discrepancies , ensuring timely, accurate payments and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and healthcare industry regulations .

• Serve as the main point of contact for vendor issues and AP inquiries across the organization.

• Identify opportunities to optimize AP processes , including automation and workflow improvements.

• Oversee month-end close activities , including AP accruals and general ledger reconciliations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Finance, Procurement, and Operations to support company-wide initiatives.

• Participate in audits, special projects, and system implementations related to financial operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

MUST HAVE experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of AP/financial operations experience
At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role

Proficiency in RHS Visual EMR (required)
Strong knowledge of AP best practices , process controls, and ERP systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Ability to manage high transaction volumes in a fast-paced environment
