COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $50,000
OTE: $92,500 – $134,500+
Monthly Volume → Estimated Annual Earnings
- 10 files/month → ~$80,000/yr
- 15 files/month → ~$95,000/yr
- 20 files/month → ~$110,000/yr
- 25 files/month → ~$125,000/yr+
The lead volume is here. It has been for years. We are not asking you to create demand — we are asking you to meet it.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a disciplined, people-first Intake Sales Specialist to join our team. The right person owns the leads from first contact to signed file — qualifying every lead, conducting consultations, following up relentlessly, and making sure every new client is ready for their attorney on Day 1. You will be our director of first impressions for every lead that contacts our firm.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Answer every inbound sales call — divorce, custody, domestic violence, mediation, enforcement, family court — no call goes unanswered
- Qualify every lead — empathetically, directly, and without wasting anyone's time
- Guide qualified prospects through the full intake and consultation process
- Attempt to close the engagement on the first call — own all follow-up when timing is not right
- Complete every new client file: fee agreement signed, retainer collected, matter opened
- Execute no-show recovery for every missed consultation — a no-show is not a lost lead until you say it is
- Log every interaction in our CRM the same day — clean data is non-negotiable
- Flag cases requiring attorney involvement per the firm's escalation protocol

WHAT YOU NEED
- Strong phone presence — you make people feel heard within sixty seconds
- Comfortable discussing money, fees, and financial qualification directly
- Relentless follow-up — you do not let leads go cold and you do not need reminders
- Organized and self-directed — you manage your pipeline without being managed
- Comfortable working with a CRM — training provided
- Sales or intake experience preferred — legal services, healthcare, financial services, or similar
- Family law or legal services background a plus — not required
- Bilingual Spanish/English a strong plus
