Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations (GoToMarket)
Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations (Go-To-Market), DoorDash, Inc., New York, NY. Use data-driven approach (data analysis, data visualization, and data software such as Tableau and Power BI) to understand and convey the needs of merchant partners, prioritize those needs by impact, assess trade-offs, and design solutions to drive both speed and quality outcomes. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, validate hypotheses, report on test results, and deliver actionable business intelligence to enhance key aspects of Go-to-Market performance and operations, such as sizing, pricing, root-causing, and trade-offs. Leverage data analysis to develop and execute operational procedures and strategic initiatives to grow our customer base by shaping the ideal corporate admin journey, and activation playbook for the first 30, 60, and 90 days of new customer journeys. Define and execute go-to-market tests that improve key funnel metrics. Study and analyze data, metrics, and operation of current go-to-market systems to identify growth opportunities and craft/execute strategic initiatives to improve DoorDash's merchant acquisition efforts while gaining buy-in from various stakeholders and leadership. Telecommuting permitted. (SASOGTM-S-102-NY) 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $139,506/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or closely related discipline and three (3) years of experience in the field of business intelligence, technical program management, operations or related occupation. Qualifying experience must include at least two years in at least four (4) of the following skills (may be gained concurrently); * Transformation of business or product streams through research, sizing and product prioritization; * Enterprise ETL; * Predictive analysis and forecasting modeling; * Business Intelligence/Data Analysis utilizing analytics & visualization tools (such as Looker, Tableau, Chartio); * Developing models to predict business trends from a combination of proprietary data and industry benchmarks; * Analyzing large datasets to identify patterns to create actionable business intelligence plans to enhance key aspects of performance and operations, such as sizing, pricing, root-cause analysis, and trade-offs; * Conducting operational experiment and implementing A/B testing; * Product management tools such as Agile, JIRA, or Scrum; * SQL or SIGMA to analyze large data sets; * Collaborating with cross-functional teams consisting of operations, product, and engineering teams.
