Job Title: Administrator (Entry Level) Location: Hauppauge, NY Zip Code: 11758 Duration: 3 Months Pay Rate: $22 - $23.94/hr. This position is offering a pay range of $22 - $23.94/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Proficient with Microsoft applications and various software packages including but not limited to Excel and Outlook
• Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Communicates in a timely, proactive manner
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Must be organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, attentive to deadlines and a team player
• Ability to prepare pick lists and shipping documents daily
• Ability to precisely follow instructions
• Aptitude for learning new programs and processes
• Knowledge of Salesforce software and administrative experience is a plus Job Responsibilities:
• The associate will have responsibilities for a specific departmental process/system which entails following standard work guidelines while performing specific job-related tasks
• The associate will follow company policy and procedures to ensure quality metrics are met, comply with specific deadlines, and follow through with all assignments
• Ability to communicate clearly with the logistics companies in order to schedule weekly pickups for outbound shipments
