CNC Mill Machinist
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality, tight-tolerance components. You will work with engineering drawings, CAD/CAM programs, and a variety of materials including aluminum, steel, and plastics. If interested please contact Evan at 631-337-8447

education: No Degree Required Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis and/or 5-axis)
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications
- Program or edit G-code and/or CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360)
- Perform tool selection, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM (if applicable)
- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure consistent part quality
- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes for efficiency
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep a clean, safe work area
