Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire construction project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules to ensure project viability.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals to maintain project flow.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Utilize project management software, including Sage, to track project milestones and budgets.
• Implement OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years civil project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Excel experience
• Utility, water/wastewater, or process piping experience would be outstanding
