Controller
Kforce's client, a leading NYC based Real Estate firm, is seeking a Controller. Summary: You will direct staff of five in all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management. You will also liaise with outside accounting firm for annual audit and tax issues. This is a great opportunity to join a successful, stable, long-established company and to take on a host of interesting and challenging responsibilities.
- Degree in Accounting required; CPA is a plus
- 12+ years of professional accounting experience, primarily in Real Estate field; Residential real estate background is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage staff, delegate tasks, and develop and evaluate employee performance
- Experience with MRI and Excel preferred
