Production Coordinator
- The salary range for this role is $70-85,000
- Manage production for assigned styles from purchase order issuance through final delivery
- Serve as primary point of contact for factories and vendors on day-to-day production matters
- Track and follow up on samples, lab dips, trims, approvals, and bulk production
- Maintain detailed and accurate production calendars, WIP reports, and costing information
- Monitor quality standards and coordinate solutions for production or QC issues
- Identify potential delays and proactively communicate risks and solutions to management
- Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Support compliance with company standards, vendor requirements, and production best practices
- Assist in mentoring or guiding junior Production team members as needed
- 5+ years of experience in apparel production or production coordination
- Strong understanding of domestic and overseas manufacturing processes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple styles
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PLM systems a plus
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and take ownership of responsibilities
- Children’s wear or special-occasion apparel experience preferred
