Sous Chef
Cleo is a new rotisserie restaurant in the West Village, and we’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our small, passionate team and help us continue to take care of our guests and our community.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on consistency, teamwork, and the craft of cooking. While menu direction comes from the Culinary Director, we’re seeking a Sous chef who can execute that vision with excellence, heart, and care. The right person will love building systems, training a team, and ensuring that every plate that leaves the kitchen reflects Cleo at its best.
