LaSante Health Center is seeking a highly organized and experienced Shift Manager/RN to join our team. The Shift Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, and coordinating the activities of medical assistants and other nursing staff. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong background in healthcare, and the ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workflow, optimizing patient flow and minimizing wait times.

• Coordinate communication among staff for smooth operations.

• Oversee medical supply inventory and restocking.

• Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.

• Support medical providers during patient care.

• Assist in recruiting and conducting staff reviews.

• Organize training sessions for staff development

• Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Clinical experience preferred

• Managing experience

• Primary care experience
