Job Title: CNC Machinist Location: East Aurora, NY Zip Code: 14052 Start Date: Right Away Job Type: Direct Hire Shift: 1st: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Range: $25.00-$32.00 Keyword: #EastAurorajobs; #CNCMachinistJobs; #Manufacturing Position Summary We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to program, set up, and operate advanced CNC equipment to produce high-precision components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with tight tolerances, and thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities

• Program and set up CNC machines based on print requirements, blueprints, specifications, and written instructions.
• Follow and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
• Machine components while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
• Work with various materials and adjust machining processes as required.
• Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, bore gauges, calipers, and other inspection equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure parts meet quality and specification requirements before completion.
• Contribute positively to a team-oriented manufacturing environment, supporting productivity, cooperation, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of machining experience required.
• Experience with programming and setup of CNC machines based on prints and written instructions.
• Knowledge of Mazatrol and G-Code programming is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proven experience maintaining tight tolerances and working on complex parts.
• Experience machining different types of materials.
• Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to overall productivity.

Software/Tools Used

• Mazak CNC Machines (5-7 Axis Integrex preferred)
• Mazatrol Controls
• G-Code Programming
• Experience machining tight-tolerance aerospace components is highly preferred
