Job Title: Secretary/ Executive Assistant

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on, creative, and highly organized Secretary/ Executive Assistant to lead our marketing efforts and help take our brand to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflow

• Record and manage all sales, memo transactions, credits, and payments
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments (FedEx, Malca-Amit, etc.)
• Work closely with our sales team and client base to support orders and follow-ups
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide customer support and handle client inquiries professionally
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding production and order updates
• Maintain and update our inventory management system
• Assist with memo tracking, returns, and reconciliations
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communicator with a professional presence
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or wholesale

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
