Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tennis Coach to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to individuals and groups, helping players improve their skills, and fostering a love for the sport.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group tennis lessons for players of various ages and skill levels.

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs and objectives of students.

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their techniques and strategies.

Organize and oversee tennis clinics, workshops, and other related activities.

Ensure the safety of all students by adhering to club safety protocols and guidelines.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coaching techniques, trends, and best practices.

Collaborate with club management and other coaches to enhance program offerings and improve client satisfaction.

Participate in club events and promotions, contributing to the growth and positive reputation of the club.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Tennis Coach with a track record of developing successful players.

Strong understanding of tennis techniques, training methods, and game strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.

Certification from a recognized tennis coaching association (e.g., USPTA, PTR).

Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Commitment to professional development and a passion for staying current with industry trends.

First Aid and CPR certification are preferred.
