Manager, Strategic Sales

Snapshot: $200K–$240K base · $400K–$450K OTE + equity · New York City · On-site (4 days) · Frequent travel · No visa sponsorship · 4+ yrs enterprise SaaS sales management

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a late-stage AI company (~500 people, Series E) building AI agents for housing and healthcare — streamlining leasing, maintenance, and healthcare scheduling. The business is at $100M+ ARR with 100% YoY growth, powering a meaningful share of US apartments. You'll lead the Strategic Enterprise sales team, coaching AEs and driving new enterprise business with land-and-expand motions at major property managers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own team revenue within the Strategic Enterprise segment. Lead and coach Strategic AEs using a challenger-sales approach. Support the full cycle from prospecting through expansion. Partner with Demand Gen and SDRs on ABM strategy. Hire, onboard, train, and performance-manage the team. Run pipeline reviews, business reviews, and 1:1s. Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing on playbooks. Own forecasting and performance metrics.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 90 days: get to know the team, pipeline, and playbook, and stabilize forecasting. First year: hit the segment number, level up the AE team, and refine the strategic-enterprise motion.

MUST-HAVES

4+ years B2B SaaS sales management in Enterprise; experience managing $150K+ average deal size; a record of exceeding quota; experience with complex, consultative enterprise sales (multi-threading, procurement, long cycles); willing to work in office 4–5 days and travel frequently.

NICE-TO-HAVES

PropTech or real-estate experience; experience scaling a strategic-enterprise team at a high-growth company.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$200K–$240K base (USD), $400K–$450K OTE, competitive equity.

LOCATION & WORK MODEL

On-site in New York City, 4 days/week, with frequent travel.
