We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to support and enable our B2B offering, Noom for Work, which is our fastest-growing area of business growth. You will be responsible for defining and driving the capabilities that will dramatically alter our ability to sell, service, and retain our enterprise clients. 

 

About the Role

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of key initiatives that drive value for our enterprise clients and their employees.

 

You Will


  • Act as the domain expert in Enterprise customer needs, including external customers (Health Plans, PBMs, Channel Partners, Resellers) and internal Noom stakeholders (Client Success, Sales, etc.) 

  • Develop compelling roadmaps, milestones, and metric targets to our desired goals and measure progress towards them.

  • Lead a cross-functional team through the product development cycle – UI/UX, engineering, QA, and data analysis.

  • Write design documents for new content/features/initiatives with input from curriculum, design, data, & engineering partners. 

  • Measure and iterate on product capabilities through experimentation, user feedback, and analysis.

You Have


  • 6+ years of relevant product management experience

  • Passion for digital health and commitment to advancing our mission of empowering everyone, everywhere to lead a better, healthier life.

  • Preferred background:


    • Experience in a prior startup or other high-ambiguity environment

    • Product Management experience at a technology company and/or startup

    • Prior product management experience on an enterprise healthcare product with a large end-user population

    • Prior product experience with highly technical and data-focused products, working closely with engineering, data engineers, and data scientists

  • Product Management skills we particularly value:

Base Salary


  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $176,000-$238,000.


    • The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position for US-based candidates. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, role scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.

  • Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This generally includes a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare, disability & retirement benefits, paid holidays and paid leave, and various wellness programs, etc.
