The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
- Performing project-based work as assigned.
- Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities.
- Analysing valuation and returns.
- Oversight of transaction due diligence.
- Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents.
- Deal structuring and other transaction related matters.
- Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals.
- Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements.
- Keeping abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Corporate Finance / Strategy or Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Professional Services and Financial Services industry.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You have working knowledge of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant and Personal Assistant
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
