Full time Optometrist
Optometrist (OD)
This position offers a fantastic Monday–Friday schedule, allowing you to enjoy a true work–life balance with no weekends required. This private practice provides a well-rounded clinical experience with approximately 50% comprehensive exams and 50% medical-based exams. You’ll care for a diverse patient base ranging from pediatric to geriatric, with exposure to a wide variety of cases and conditions.
Practice Highlights:
- MD/OD collaborative private practice setting
- Approximately 20 patients per day
- 50% comprehensive / 50% medical exams
- Broad scope of care with a variety of exam types
- Modern equipment and strong support staff
- Base salary range starting at $130,000+

Requirements of the Optometrist (OD)
- Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
- License to practice in the state of NY
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
