Schedule: Part-time employment/ Mandatory Shifts: Fri, Sat & Sun 7 am - 2:30 pm

Across our concepts; WINNER Bakery, WINNER in the Park, WINNER Butcher, and Runner-Up, we produce thoughtful, from-scratch food with a focus on craftsmanship and consistency. Our pastry program is central to what we do, from laminated doughs to rustic cakes and plated desserts.

We’re looking for a part-time Pastry Cook to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in foundational pastry techniques and thrives in an early-morning, fast-paced kitchen.

You’ll work closely with our Pastry Chef and team to execute a daily menu of viennoiserie, baked goods, and desserts that are served across all WINNER locations.

• Produce and bake a range of pastries including croissants, scones, cookies, cakes, and seasonal items
• Assist with lamination, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking
• Execute daily bakes for morning and afternoon service
• Prepare and tray items for the following day’s production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage protocols (FIFO)
• Communicate inventory needs and support overall kitchen organization

• 1+ year of professional pastry or bakery experience (viennoiserie experience strongly preferred)
• Comfortable working with precision and consistency in a production environment
• Ability to work early morning shifts (typically starting before 9 AM), weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and respect for quality ingredients
• Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
• Ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Experience with laminated doughs and high-volume production
• Food Handler Certification
• Spanish language skills

• Part-time shift: Fri, Sat & Sun 7 am - 2:30 pm
• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience): $20 - $23 per hour
