Treasury Analyst

The Position

Monitoring firms Operating Bank Accounts which include timely payment processing, ensuring accuracy for executing of banking transactions through banking websites related to internal book transfers, external wires or uploading ACH file information. Credit Card program Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of treasury payments with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform detailed data entry and maintain financial records
• Assist with administration for bank websites
• Support administration of credit card programs
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc treasury initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Bookkeeping or banking experience
• Knowledge of preparing NACHA files and executing payments
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to complete daily/monthly scheduled tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
