Baristas : $17 + Tips:
Responsibilities :
· Greeting guests in a friendly manner and taking orders.
· Crafting and preparing food and beverage items.
· Responsible for delivering orders to the guest and is responsible for accurate cash control.
Requirements :
· Prior experience in a guest service type role or position a plus.
· Ability to be selfâreliant while executing assigned duties from management staff.
· Able to speak, read, and write effectively. Excellent oral communication skills to effectively
communicate with management, corporate staff, restaurant employees, and customers.
· Must adhere to Gong cha uniform and grooming policies and standards.
