Finance Associate
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage financial models for various real estate investment funds, including both debt and equity vehicles.
- Conduct competitive analysis by monitoring public and private market participants.
- Maintain operational models related to financing covenants and fund performance.
- Support market research and analysis related to mergers, acquisitions, and strategic opportunities.
- Assist in the integration of newly acquired entities and ensure alignment with broader financial strategy.
- Prepare high-quality deliverables for internal stakeholders and executive-level presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA) is a plus.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
