Lima, NY | Industrial Filter Production Facility

Pay: $20.50/hr | Temp-to-Hire
Shift: B Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday)
Training Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1-2 weeks, if available)
No Interview Required - Immediate Start!

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating machinery to cut, roll, weld, or pleat filter materials

Assembling components using blueprints and written instructions

Performing quality checks and maintaining production logs

Using hand tools and power equipment to complete tasks

Lifting, moving, and loading materials as needed

Who We're Looking For:

Someone who enjoys hands-on, physically active work

Basic math and reading skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Flexibility and willingness to train in multiple departments (Slitting, Cores, Pleating)

Willingness to wear required PPE and obtain steel/composite toe shoes after hire
