Office assistant
CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is assisting their valued legal client in Nassau County with their search for a motivated and dependable Office Assistant to join their growing firm!
Hours: 100% Onsite, M-F. Responsibilities:- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Perform scanning, data entry, mailing, file management tasks, record management, light phone work.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Maintain a high level of organization and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting clients as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree preferred.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superior organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, helpful, and customer service-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines.
- Dependable team player with a collaborative approach.
- Clear diction and a pleasant speaking voice.
- Typing proficiency.
