Associate Event Planner
- Pay range: $20-26.00/hr based on experience
- Onsite: New York, New York
- Organize, Coordinate, and Plan in office corporate events
- Ability to project manage
- Participate in team planning meetings
- Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel. Adobe Creative Cloud. Budget Development, Management and Reconciliation.
- Experience in Event Planning and Project Management
- Strong interest in Brands and Storytelling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to react, troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time
- Desire and willingness to supervise events on site
- Ability to travel to events, on a limited basis
- Proactivity
- Attention to Detail
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 year’s job experience or internships in related field
- Passion for events, desire to learn and roll-up-your-sleeves / can do attitude can make up for year’s of experience
