Position Duties: Participate in initiative-level sessions and Design Thinking activities with stakeholders, SME, and fellow designers, contribute to design production and research studies, and participate in product experience design workshops. Select and conduct appropriate user-centered design techniques throughout an iterative design process. Implement design decisions on initiatives, heavily influenced by research findings. Leverage design best practices and patterns when feasible; proposing and codifying new patterns when appropriate. Produce, test, and iterate on experience artifacts, including user flows, interaction models, prototypes, wireframes, low/high fidelity sketches, and design specifications. Study and adopt the design system to deliver digital product fully aligned with Mastercards design standard. Contribute to team values and culture priorities and carry out assignments with minimal supervision. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Design, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or related and four (4) years of experience in job offered or as a Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design, Product Designer, or related. Qualifying experience must include at least four (4) years with each of the following: Digital product design; Design Thinking/ human-centered design; Design research and usability; User Experience Design; User Interface Design; Data Products including data/information visualization; Rapid prototyping; Lean UX. And must include at least one (1) year of experience with the following skill: Product design in payment, banking, or FinTech domains.
