We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor to lead and manage the end-to-end AR function, with a strong focus on commission-related receivables. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, analytical, and organizational skills, along with a commitment to process improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of AR professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing AR Commission agents.
- Conduct regular cross-training sessions to ensure consistent knowledge and skill development across the team.
- Assist with accounts and reconciliations as needed to support team members and ensure balanced workloads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements to optimize AR efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
- Prepare and distribute monthly commission reports for management review.
- Analyze commission trends and discrepancies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the month-end close process.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Commissions, or a similar financial role.
- Previous experience supervising or training a team preferred.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-directed, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to leverage data for reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred).
The good faith compensation for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
