Legal Administrative Assistant
A global NYC law firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and trial support for commercial litigation Partners of the firm.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, memos, and other documents
- Prepare labels for packages and coordinate courier/messenger deliveries
- Arrange travel arrangements/accommodations as required and create detailed travel itineraries for assigned attorneys
- Assist and support attorneys preparing for trial
- Process and track client invoices
- Submit attorney expenses for reimbursement
- Proofread and enter time entries in the timekeeping system for assigned attorneys
- Proofread and edit client bills monthly
- Maintain attorneys’ calendars by arranging and/or adjusting meetings, and providing reminders as necessary
- Manage business contacts
- Perform other administrative duties such as printing, copying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with planning and executing internal and xrczosw external events
- Assist with special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4 - 7 years of experience supporting litigation attorneys
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook suite
- Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently, as well as effectively within a team
