Inventory Control and Fulfillment Specialist
About the Role
Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00
Step into a hands-on operations role where accuracy, pace, and safety define the day. You will begin by receiving and counting daily freight, entering each item into the computer system with care. From there, you’ll locate stock, organize inventory by product code or sequence, and stage materials neatly on racks, bins, or shelves. As orders come in, you’ll assemble picks from stock, build stable pallets, and move completed orders to the packing station.
Throughout the day, you will perform daily cycle counts, update product location maintenance, and keep a close eye on system queues—responding promptly to keep work flowing. You will inspect and process returns, load and unload merchandise for inbound and outbound shipments, and professionally drive company equipment. When discrepancies arise, you’ll investigate and resolve issues related to freight claims. Everyone pitches in to maintain a clean, safe warehouse—sweeping, removing trash, and following sanitation and safety codes.
