Ad Sales Services Administrator

Randstad is working with an entertainment client in New York who is seeking a contract Ad Sales Services Administrator to manage commercial inventory and log editing.

• Key Tasks: Handle inventory, resolve log conflicts, and build short-form deals.

• Must-Haves: Excel/Word skills, high attention to detail, and a multitasker’s mindset.

salary: $27 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Duties include: performing inventory management and log editing functions across our cable sports and cable news networks; handling oversell, product conflict and advertiser separation issues on the logs.


Other responsibilities will be to use the segment times and formats provided to create or modify break patterns. Verifies that the programming for each primary and contingency log is accurate as per the programming department's schedules. Also shares duties for log reconciling.
