We're looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish/English) HR professional who enjoys supporting others, staying organized, and being a key part of the employee experience-from onboarding through day-to-day support.
What You'll Do

Play a key role in creating a welcoming, seamless onboarding experience for new hires-handling paperwork, coordinating orientations, and setting employees up for success from day one

Maintain accurate and organized employee records, ensuring compliance and confidentiality at all times

Support recruiting efforts by posting roles, reviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews

Act as a go-to resource for employees-answering questions around HR policies, procedures, and benefits in both Spanish and English

Assist with benefits administration and leave tracking, helping employees navigate enrollments, updates, and questions

Provide day-to-day HR administrative support including reporting, data entry, and documentation

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as the organization continues to grow and evolve
What We're Looking For

1-3 years of Human Resources or related experience

Bilingual Spanish/English (required) - strong written and verbal communication skills

Solid understanding of HR fundamentals (onboarding, employee records, recruiting coordination)

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset

Work Environment
Full-time, on-site role in Tappan, NY
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
