Project Manager

We are pursuing a highly organized and practiced Project Manager to join our client’s prosperous and growing company. The prosperous candidate will be responsible for superviseing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects for the software development team and working with other departments. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The Project Manager will have practice in agile methodologies, excellent communication expertise, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Project Manager Qualifications required

»Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field or commensurate practice

» 2+ years of project management practice, ideally in a software development located environment

»Proven practice managing projects using agile methodologies;

»Strong leadership abilities, communication, and interpersonal expertise

» capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

»Excellent organizational and time-management expertise

» practice with budget management and financial reporting

»PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

»Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met

»Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

»Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

»Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and report on project financials

»Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies

»Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and executive management

»Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration among project teams

»Track project progress using agile methodologies and project management tools

»Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all stakeholders

»Conduct post-project evaluations and make recommendations for future improvements

»Work directly with the CTO in meeting all objectives/requirements
