Regional Sales Manager

We are hiring an experienced A&D Sales Manager to lead a team of A&D Sales Representatives. This is a field-based leadership role for a proven specification sales professional who is ready to step into management and drive real results across a growing territory. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of A&D Sales Representatives
• Travel regularly throughout the state to support reps in the field and engage key accounts
• Set team goals, monitor pipelines, and hold reps accountable to performance
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with architects, designers, developers, and design firm principals
• Oversee territory coverage to ensure consistent market presence
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience from specification through project completion
• Represent the company at industry events, showrooms, and trade functions statewide
• Recruit and onboard new A&D Sales Representatives as the team grows

Requirements

• Proven background in A&D or specification-based sales
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a sales team
• Established relationships within the architecture, interior design, or builder community
• Strong coaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage team performance across a large geographic territory
• Willingness to travel

• Stone, surfacing, or tile
• Flooring or cabinetry
• Architectural building products
• Commercial interiors
• Other specification-driven building product categories
