• Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases by evaluating credit histories and financial situations.
• Present and explain various financing options, including loans, leases, and insurance packages.
• Work closely with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions to negotiate terms and rates that benefit both the customer and dealership.
• Ensure all finance and insurance documents are accurately prepared and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain detailed records of finance transactions and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize vehicle sales and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on automotive finance products, industry trends, and regulations.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle financing options, loan underwriting, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with finance and dealer management software.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Competitive compensation ranging from $75,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year paid weekly.
