You will also coordinate material and supply ordering, monitor quality-related part needs, generate reports, update presentations, and support general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools.
We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of administrative or manufacturing planning experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An associate degree in a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, solid interpersonal abilities, and effective time management. Experience working with ERP systems is highly preferred, along with familiarity with bills of materials, routings, and inventory control methods. You should be comfortable entering large volumes of data accurately and efficiently and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
We also appreciate candidates who have experience in manufacturing environments and a strong understanding of production planning processes. A proactive mindset, along with the ability to identify issues and contribute to process improvements, will help you stand out in this role. Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentation development is beneficial. Candidates who are adaptable, team-oriented, and align with our values—such as attention to detail, continuous learning, and organizational effectiveness—will thrive in this position.
We offer you an interesting, challenging, and responsible position, along with the support of a highly skilled and growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for your professional growth in a dynamic, enthusiastic, and collaborative team where we work together and support each other. We foster a multicultural work environment with room to grow, where you can use your potential and further develop your skills.
