Senior HVAC Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our client's dynamic team in Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair. This position requires a professional who is capable of working independently and leading a team, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide solutions and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid HVAC technician certification preferred and driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
