Lead Generation Specialist

The Role We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to be the engine that fuels our sales pipeline. Your mission: turn inbound interest into qualified opportunities . You’ll manage our inbound channels, capture and qualify leads, and work closely with Sales to convert them into high-value deals. What You’ll Do
- Own the inbound lead funnel : Manage, track, and qualify leads from website forms, webinars, content downloads, and paid inbound channels.
- Qualify & hand off : Use clear criteria (industry, size, decision-maker role, intent) to identify high-potential MQLs and hand them off to Sales as SQLs.
- Run inbound campaigns : Collaborate with marketing and design to launch LinkedIn ads, Google Search campaigns, and industry-targeted landing pages.
- Optimize conversions : A/B test messaging, landing pages, and forms to consistently increase MQL → SQL conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales : Share insights on lead quality, help refine targeting, and adapt campaigns based on closed-won/closed-lost data.
- Report & iterate : Track key metrics (lead volume, quality, conversion) and experiment rapidly to improve results.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in inbound marketing, lead generation, or SDR roles — ideally in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or automation software .
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation.
- Strong research skills to identify the right accounts and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills — you can write copy that converts and emails that get responses.
- Analytical mindset — you look at the numbers and know what’s working (and what’s not).
