Senior Software Engineer (NY)

Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking , on behalf of a top technology partner , a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of a modern SaaS platform powering essential real-world industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex, high-impact products from concept through deployment, collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver solutions customers truly value.

In this role you will:

• Lead the development of major product features across both frontend interfaces and backend services.
• Architect scalable infrastructure and modular systems to support rapid growth.
• Translate user needs into technical designs and product features through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading development for large-scale, technically challenging products.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies ( React, React Native ) and backend frameworks ( Node.js/Express, MongoDB ).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and product development.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable making independent decisions in fast-moving environments.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 4–10 years of experience as a full-stack engineer in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
