Dentist in Long Island

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a long established dental office that is seeking an experienced and full time dentist.

The office is a mix of fee for service and PPO plans. The office is a modern one, with digital x-rays, paperless charting and state of the art equipment. No nights and no weekends are required. They have an experienced and long tenured staff as well, to help suppor the dentist.

Ideally they would like a dentist to work 4 days per week, but would consider a dentist anywhere from 3 to 5 days per week. General restorative procedures is all that is required. If a dentist would like to learn more advanced procedures in the future, that is a plus but it is not required.

They are offering a competitive daily minimum plus percentage of production, health insurance, 401K, and continuing education stipend. A full time and experienced dentist can expect to earn between 150K and 300K per year.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
