As a Sales Director, Revenue at NowThis, you will be at the forefront of identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and partnerships. You will play a crucial role in expanding our digital footprint and revenue streams. This position requires a blend of skills in sales, relationship building, and strategic thinking, and is ideal for a motivated individual eager to contribute to a dynamic sales team.
The job will be based in our New York office and report to the Vice President of Brand Partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the digital media landscape
- Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of digital media and advertising to enhance business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with NowThis’s offerings
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of NowThis Media to prospective clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Manage and track sales leads and prospects within a CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent NowThis and expand our presence
- Assist in developing and refining sales materials, including media kits, case studies, and sales decks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in digital media, advertising, the creator economy or branded content
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging media platforms
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to a team environment
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events

Compensation & Benefits
$150,000 - $350,000 on target earnings (OTE) range, with exact salary depending on experience and new staff rarely starting at the top of the range. An employee's position within this range will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
