Product Coordinator
- Assist with managing the logistics of branded merchandise projects day to day activities from start to finish.
- Work closely with internal teams (packaging developers, sales directors, and operations) to help with smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Help with ideation, brainstorming products and development that fit within clients' branding and scope of work.
- Partner with art team in creating client presentations and decks.
- Serve as the point of contact for brands, coordinating information flow and ensuring alignment on project timelines and requirements.
- Spearhead communications between vendor partners, assist with product sourcing, pricing, production capabilities, and project management.
- Utilize internal programs for tracking programs and project management, maintaining data accuracy, and timelines ensuring all project requirements are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of programs.
- Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure alignment on project milestones.
- 2+ years of experience in a Coordinator role, ideally within Packaging, Corporate Gifting, Branded Merchandise & Premiums.
- Previous experience with ASI vendors.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience handling high volumes of email communication.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex timelines.
