Job Description

Girlplower Landscaping is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Secretary to support our growing landscaping business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage scheduling and customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule estimates, appointments, and service calls
  • Manage company calendar and daily schedules
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Organize paperwork, invoices, and office files
  • Coordinate with crews regarding scheduling updates
  • Maintain accurate customer records and job information
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Friendly and professional communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling and customer service
  • Basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, scheduling software)
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
