Part-Time Office Assistant (2 Days/Week) - Epoxy Tech, Inc. | Coram, NY

About Us:
Epoxy Tech specializes in high-quality epoxy, polished concrete, and floor coating systems for residential and commercial clients across Long Island. We are a small but growing company known for craftsmanship, reliability, and personal service. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented assistant to provide direct support to our Office Manager and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant to work 2 days per week assisting with customer support, scheduling, and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys bringing structure and organization to a busy environment. This position provides support to the Office Manager and has potential for future growth within the company. Will train the right person.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and manage incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Log new leads and customer inquiries into our tracking system (ClickUp/CRM)
  • Send estimate emails and follow up with clients
  • Assist with contracts and electronic signatures (Adobe Sign)
  • Organize project folders and digital files
  • Enter bills, receipts, and payments into QuickBooks
  • Track materials and confirm deliveries with vendors
  • Maintain general office organization and digital filing
  • Provide scheduling and coordination support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn (QuickBooks, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Experience in construction, contracting, or service-based businesses is a plus
  • Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Schedule & Pay:

  • 2-3 days per week (flexible days, typically between 9am–3pm)
  • Hourly wage based on experience.
