Project Manager - Internal Communications

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Internal Communications Project Manager to join one of their top financial clients in NYC. This individual would be joining the RIA Engineering group, part of the larger Global Banking Markets Technology organization. We are looking for a Project Manager to partner directly with Managing Director of this group, and will provide support to portfolio and project initiatives. They will be tasked with managing communications and updates to the entire organization, creating documentation and visuals around progress, accomplishments and current status of the organization that will be distributed throughout the greater organization. We are seeking someone with prior experience doing this, utilizing at minimum PowerPoint and Excel. This person should feel comfortable taking initiative with senior leaders, and have great communication skills to get these projects across the finish line. While financial services and support of an IT organization are not required, they would be considered plusses. This person should also be able to contribute to project tracking, budget management, and support engineering leaders on deliverables.

Skills and Requirements

-2+ years experience with project management/coordination

-Strong experience creating visualizations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel

-Exposure to Jira and use cases/user stories -Experience within a larger corporation and/or financial services industry

-Prior experience supporting and IT/Engineering organization
