What’s a typical day as an Operations Clerk- You’ll be:
  • Creating and maintaining a safe working environment and positive culture.
  • Creating orders for quoted jobs or installations using SAP, handling multiple processes with unique requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal and external customers to prioritize and meet their needs and expectations.
  • Investigating, analyzing, and resolving accounts receivable issues and customer inquiries with a focus on accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and cleansing data to ensure data quality and process improvement.
  • Resolving flagged customer orders and addressing non-compliance issues.
  • Performing non-routine tasks related to customer issues and administrative resolution.
  • Addressing issues from third-party processors related to customer orders of limited complexity.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of applicable work experience or Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated capability in comparable work.
  • Bring strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and a high level of curiosity.
  • Are resourceful, self-directed, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess experience with data analysis, data cleansing, and accounts receivable processes.
  • Are comfortable navigating multiple systems and asking the right questions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate a results-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excel in collaboration and teamwork.
