About the Role

The Project Management Coordinator provides administrativesupport to the project management team leading construction projects. Duties include project documentationpreparation, escalation for commitment, invoice & pay applicationprocessing, and financial reconciliations.

This job is part of the Project Management function responsiblefor the management of projects from initiation through completion. The PMCoordinator will play a key role implementing vendor invoicing in our EnterpriseResource Planning (ERP) platform.

What You'll Do

Process vendorinvoicing in D365 business platform.

Assist the project closeoutprocess including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.

Process documentation forproject commitments. Obtain external quotes for processing.

Coordinate change orders,change directives and contemplative change notices with consultants andvendors.

Schedule meetings andcommunication plans regarding projects amongst teams and clients.

Assist with contractadministration. This includes attending tender openings and recording results,issuing letters of acceptance and regret.

Enter project information anddata into project management technology tools.

Process invoices and payapplications. Help with project administration deliverables.

Use existing procedures tosolve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercisediscretion.

Impact through clearly definedduties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

Deliver own output byfollowing defined procedures and processes under close supervision andguidance.

What You'll Need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in theUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

  • Vendor coordination experience including invoicing and financial documentation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). D365 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform is required. Experience project management software is beneficial.

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $30 per hour and the maximum salary for this position is $35 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
